Yulu is hiring a Learning Content Associate to help create engaging and easy-to-understand training materials for its teams. In this role, you will assist in developing training presentations, creating and editing training videos, updating learning content, and maintaining training resources. You will work closely with experienced team members who will guide you on content creation and learning principles. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who enjoy writing, organizing information, and creating educational content.

Key Technical Skills:

PowerPoint, Google Slides, Content Creation, Video Editing, Storyboarding, Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to simplify and clearly explain information.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for quality and timelines.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy.
• Basic familiarity with PowerPoint or Google Slides is preferred.
• Interest in video creation, editing, or visual content is an added advantage.
• Internship or project experience related to content creation, training, or media is a plus but not mandatory.
